PetArt AI collects the following limited data for service operation:

• Device Identifier: A unique device ID is collected to manage your diamond balance and prevent duplicate bonus claims.
• Purchase Records: In-app purchase transaction data is stored on our server for payment verification and refund processing.

Photos are never uploaded to our servers. All photos and AI analysis results are processed locally on your device and stored only in your device's local storage.

2. Camera & Photo Access

The app requests camera and photo gallery access solely for pet art transformation purposes. Photos are never uploaded to any server and remain on your device.

3. Advertising

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's privacy policy. This may include device identifiers and usage data for personalized advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

4. AI Data Processing

When you use AI pet art transformation, your photo is temporarily sent to Google's Gemini AI API for processing. The photo is used solely for generating the art transformation result and is not stored on any server after processing. Google's data handling is governed by Google's privacy policy.

5. Data Storage

App preferences, simulation history, and settings are stored locally on your device using localStorage. Device identifiers and purchase records are stored on our secure server. Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
