1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PetArt AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

PetArt AI is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of pet photo art transformation and AI analysis. You must not use the App to create offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to transform pet photos into art styles. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent the intended artistic outcome. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated images.

4. Virtual Currency (Diamonds)

The App uses a virtual currency system ("Diamonds") to access certain features. Diamonds can be earned by watching advertisements or through in-app purchases. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play. All payments are subject to Google Play's payment terms. Upon payment, diamonds are immediately credited and all PRO styles are permanently unlocked.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within the App are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of photos you upload but grant us a limited license to process them for the App's functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
